A popular succulent shrub growing to 1 metre in height and width with thick stems and silver-grey rounded leaves edged with red. It has clusters of star-shaped whitish flowers in Winter. It likes a part-shade to sunny position in well-draining soil. An excellent bonsai-like specimen!
