Echinopsis

Echinopsis is a genus of nearly 200 species of cacti that are native to South America. They can vary in size and shape from small, round plants, to tall and tree-like, and are known for their large and showy flowers in Summertime. They generally prefer a sunny position in well-draining soil and should be kept fairly dry in Winter.
